Hello, You’re probably here reading this due to the “our store is now open” announcement sent to you by email about the Hotmousepad. It was a while back you subscribed to our launch page. The first Hotmousepad units are made by hand and are pre-market prototypes built by the inventor. The unit cost is quite high due to the production run of only 30 units. The majority of the cost is the medical power supply due to its safety features of overvoltage, short circuit and overcurrent protections. The Hotmousepad has been around for fifteen years and only recently available commercially. The Hotmousepad provides isolation between your hand and a lower temperature working surface. It will prevent your hand from losing heat to the working surface and maintain circulation over extended periods of time while working on a computer that has a separate input device. It is automated with a sensor to detect hand motion and provide energy savings. After ~20 minutes of no hand motion, the Hotmousepad will turn off.  Feel free to comment on the design, price and please feel free to post a product review to this blog. Any questions about the Hotmousepad is much appreciated and will be answered promptly. Thank you so much for your interest in the Hotmousepad.

Paul
